Paul is Chairman of the Board and CEO of HighRoads. Paul has helped define HighRoads as a disruptive technology solution in the F500 marketplace to gain greater efficiency, productivity and cost savings for historically manual and time intensive processes. In this role, Paul is the Industry visionary helping to drive the strategic direction of HighRoads to serve its customers and partners.

Paul is a recognized leader in the HR consulting and insurance industries. He spent 30 years with Watson Wyatt Worldwide, one of the world's leading human resource consulting firms, in a variety of consulting and management roles including Chief Operating Officer. On Paul's watch, Watson Wyatt's worldwide consulting operations doubled revenues and tripled profits while cementing the worldwide alliance with the blue chip consultancy R Watson & Sons. Most recently, Paul served as chairman and CEO of GRX Technologies, Inc., a software company focused on supply chain management for the commercial insurance industry.

Paul currently sits on the Boards of Gevity (NASDAQ: GVHR) and Salary.Com (NASDAQ: SLRY) and the Advisory Boards of Brodeur Worldwide and LaborMetrix and was formerly on the board of advisors of Contact Networks(acquired by Thomson Corporation).

Paul has a Bachelor of Mathematics from Boston College and a Master of Actuarial Science with distinction from the University of Michigan Business School. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

Michael Byers - President & Chief Operating Officer

Mike is President & COO of HighRoads. Mike oversees sales, services, marketing, product development and finance. Mike has led HighRoads transformation from an enterprise software company to a software as a service organization.

Mike was previously CEO of Centive, a founding company in the Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) market. Mike raised in excess of $70 million in venture capital, built the management team and grew revenue from zero to in-excess of $25 million. Prior to joining Centive, Mike served as CFO and VP Finance for NuMega Technologies, Inc where he negotiated the sale of the company to Compuware (NASDAQ; CPWR) for $150 million. Mike has also held senior finance positions in the software industry including SQA, Inc., and Object Design, Inc.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Cum Laude with a BA in Accounting and a minor in Economics. Mike is also a CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Brent Bannerman - Founder and Chief Strategy Officer

Brent is the founder of HighRoads and is responsible for the company’s business development and new business solutions development.

Brent pioneered an industry when he founded HighRoads in October 1999. Since that time, he has spearheaded the company into its market leadership position, played a central role in HighRoads' venture capital funding, signed a number of blue-chip F500 Customers, and developed strategic relationships with Watson Wyatt & Company, MHS Advisors and Thomson Healthcare.

Prior to founding HighRoads, Brent directed Zurich’s Accident and Health product lines in the Northeastern United States , and served in a variety of front-line positions in sales, marketing and e-business strategy development.

Brent holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Education degree from McGill University .

Larry Whitman - Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance

Larry is responsible for managing the company's financial and administrative infrastructure and ensuring the company runs efficiently and productively.

He brings to HighRoads more than 25 years of financial and high technology industry experience. Larry joins the company from Colubris Networks, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent WLAN solutions for leading wireline and wireless carriers and enterprises. While at Colubris, Larry raised over $40 million in equity and debt financing, built infrastructure to allow the company to scale operations and closed an acquisition.

Previously, Larry was chief financial officer at Eggrock Partners, where he managed the company through a $250 million acquisition by Breakaway Solutions and was corporate controller and vice president of finance with Shiva Corporation where he was a key participant in the companys IPO and secondary offering.

Earlier in his career, Larry held senior financial positions at Index Technology, Cullinet Software, Reed Holdings and Ernst & Young, LLP, where he earned his certified public accountant license.

Lori Dustin - Chief Marketing Officer

Lori shapes the strategic direction of HighRoads’ marketing initiatives. She draws on a proven leadership ability to drive rapid company growth in emerging markets, and ensures HighRoads’ solutions continue to significantly improve critical benefits management and performance for large employers across all industries.

Lori brings more than 15 years of experience in product marketing, business development and sales for fast-growth companies. Prior to joining HighRoads, she was vice president of marketing for Verano, Inc, a leading provider of SCADA and security solutions for mission-critical organizations. There she led the company’s successful entry into the security market, launching the first software and services suite designed for industrial control environments. In the three years that followed, she spearheaded eight market-defining product launches and several major acquisitions.

Earlier in her career, she held executive roles at Cerylion, Inc., Virtue3D, Inc., freshmarketing.net, Narrative Communications, Inc. and Data Translation Inc.

She holds a Bachelor of Sciences in marketing management from Bentley College and has completed the American Electronics Association Executive Program from Stanford University .

Vikki Kolbe - SVP of Development & Delivery

Vikki leads the company’s professional services team, providing customers with intelligence and support to gain maximum value from HighRoads’ benefits lifecycle management solutions.  

Vikki has more than 25 years of experience in engineering, services and corporate operational management. As an executive and consultant, she has helped dozens of technology, life and health sciences companies adopt, implement and manage solutions that deliver predictable, measure-able improvements in productivity, efficiency and revenue.  Prior to joining HighRoads, Vikki was co-founder and COO of CycleBridge Technologies, a data integration services firm acquired by GlassHouse Technologies.  She was also vice president of engineering at Affinnova, vice president of engineering for NaviSite and senior vice president of worldwide services for Allaire.

Vikki has a B.A. in English from SUNY Oswego, and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Bentley College.

Marc Salois - Vice President, Sales

Marc has day to day responsibility for growing & managing HighRoads sales team.

Prior to HighRoads, Marc had spent over five years at Akibia, where he managed the CRM supplier’s overall revenue achievement. Marc held the title of Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing. He was responsible for major account wins such as TIAA CREF, Group Health, Akamai Technology and Bose, and for brokering strategic relationships with Siebel Systems and Microsoft. Prior to Akibia Marc has held senior sales positions at Open Environment Corp, Sapient, Brio and Keane Consulting.

Marc is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a degree in Medical Technology.
