Peter Hirano

Peter is a thought leader and strategic consultant who provides a perspective on global HR outsourcing that can only result from a long history in the industry.

He has spent his entire 20 year career in HR Outsourcing, Operations, Systems and Product Management.

Peter most recently held senior executive positions with Convergys Corporation where he had global responsibility for product management, product strategy, strategic planning, marketing and implementations.

During his tenure, Convergys became the leading global provider of integrated outsourced Human Resource solutions for Fortune 500 companies and signed contracts valued at $1.4 Billion in 2005.

Previously, Peter was a partner at both KPMG Consulting Inc. (now BearingPoint) and Hewitt.

Peter holds a Master of Management in human resources and marketing from the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Jane is a deeply experienced consultant who brings unparalleled relationship management skills to every client she works with. She offers significant expertise in both the implementation and operation of employee benefit plans.

She has led more than 20 multi-million dollar project implementations using standardized and highly effective project governance standards and practices.

Jane has over 25 years of experience in client relationship management, benefits consulting, process redesign, technology implementation, and outsourcing. Past positions have included:

  • Partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers responsible for a $40 million outsourcing relationship.
  • Client engagement manager at Hewitt, responsible for implementation of the first three-service benefits outsourcing client of the firm.
  • Director of Project Management in Citigroup's $100 million total benefits outsourcing business.
