HighRoads names CFO

Human resources automation company HighRoads Inc. named Larry Whitman chief financial officer and vice president of finance Monday.

Whitman joins the Boston, Mass.-based company from Colubris Networks. In a statement, HighRoads said Whitman helped triple Colubris Network's revenue, but didn't provide specific figures.

Whitman also formerly worked for Bedford, Mass.-based Shiva Corp., which was bought by Intel Corp. (Nasdaq: INTC) in 1998.
