HighRoads is committed to supporting local charities that are dedicated in improving the health and well being of children. We take a strategic approach to corporate philanthropy by focusing on the key initiatives that are important to the company and our employees.
HighRoads mission is to help drive awareness and resources in the improvement of children's health and well being. By partnering with Boston Red Sox first baseman Kevin Youkilis Hits for Kids charitable organization, we play an active role in driving corporate advocacy, time and fundraising activities towards existing community-based charities and organizations with a clear and defined need for outside support including:
Christopher's Haven
Provides lodging for young cancer patients and their families seeking world-renown treatment, far from their homes.
The Italian Home for Children
Provides a comprehensive network of services to at-risk boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 14.

Some of the organizations that Kevin Youkilis Hits for Kids is working with include:
- The Italian Home for Children, providing a comprehensive network of services to emotionally disturbed boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 14.
- Joslin Pediatric Health Services, caring for over 2,500 pediatric patients, including more than half of the young people with diabetes in Eastern Massachusetts.
- Christopher's Haven, a haven for young cancer patients and their families - providing lodging so families can focus on their child's treatment and recovery.
- Birthday Wishes, insures that all children, regardless of their living situation, are celebrated on their birthdays. Birthday Wishes provides the joy of a birthday party to children living in homeless shelters.
- Lovelane, a special needs horseback riding program, providing therapeutic horseback riding to children with disabilities with the focus on improving independence, therapy goals and confidence in their lives.
- Nativity Preparatory School, a Jesuit founded, independent, accredited, middle school dedicated to providing a quality, tuition-free education to economically disadvantaged boys living in Boston.
