HighRoads Policy Management Service, a component of HighRoads' HR Control suite of services for benefits supply chain management, helps organizations manage, monitor, track and audit HR policies and procedures.
Policies and procedures are stored in HighRoads Content Library, a master system of record in which information is managed and tracked through the HighRoads real-time dashboard. Policies can be securely passed both internally among departments, functional areas and externally to and from vendors and administrators allowing compliance and best practice execution across all stakeholders.
By storing policies in the Content Library, they are now auditable - ensuring proper internal controls have been applied and have not materially changed.
