Watson Wyatt and HighRoads Extend Partnership
Combine Strategy and Technology to Help Employers Control Benefits Costs
WASHINGTON and BOSTON (Oct. 12, 2005) - Watson Wyatt, a leading human capital consulting firm, and HighRoads, Inc., the leading provider of benefits lifecycle management () solutions, have renewed their strategic partnership. Together, Watson Wyatt and HighRoads help employers better manage benefits costs by automating the supplier selection and management process.
As health care costs continue to rise, the HighRoads and Watson Wyatt partnership helps clients control their data, increase transparency and reduce the cost of employee benefits without sacrificing quality. Under the agreement, Watson Wyatt will utilize HighRoads' technology to help its employer clients control the cost of employee health and welfare benefits. HighRoads, formerly IEEngine, provides end-to-end management of the benefits lifecycle, complementing and supporting Watson Wyatt's strategic guidance, benefits plan design and analysis.
